Shipping policy

Delivery:

Please allow up to 3/4 working days on all UK orders, unless you have requested next day delivery.

Next day delivery will only be applicable for orders placed before 12pm. 

If your order is a gift, please mention this in the notes section. We offer a complimentary gift wrap service and would be happy to write a note from you too.

Risk of loss and/or damage of goods shall pass to you when delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. This includes if something is Signed For at your address (with proof from Royal Mail). It is up to you to ensure your address is correct. If the item cannot be delivered after multiple attempts and ends up back at our warehouse, shipping fees are then your responsibility if you want the items redelivered.
