Shipping & Returns
We are happy to accept returns for either exchange or refund received back at our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. If you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you would like to return the items we will accept your return within 28 days from goods received. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time up to 28 days. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings or real body jewellery unless the items are faulty.
Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order. Return postage is at customer's own cost and liability.
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged do get in touch with us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
